Plan on spending about 4.5 hours with me for an individual interview, or around 6.5 hours for a couples session. Don’t worry—the time really does fly, and we’ll take breaks whenever you need them.

When I arrive, I’ll set up my camera, lights, and sound gear. Once everything is ready, after about 45-minutes, we’ll begin our conversation. Think of it as chatting with a friend who’s genuinely interested in your life. I’ll guide you through your stories, making sure we capture all the important details.

For individual interviews, we’ll talk for at least 90 minutes. For couples, I film each person individually for about 75 minutes, then bring you together for a 45-minute conversation. There’s always something magical about watching couples share their memories together!

A few days before filming, I’ll send you some simple tips about what to wear. Nothing complicated—just guidance to help you feel confident and look your best on camera.

Remember, this isn’t a performance—it’s a conversation. If you need to pause, rephrase something, or take a moment to remember details, that’s perfectly fine. I do cut those bits out, as needed. What we’re doing is creating something authentic and meaningful together.
