All projects are delivered digitally as high-quality MP4 files via a secure Dropbox download link. These files are optimized for both streaming and storage. You’ll have seven days to download your videos—and since the files can be quite large, I recommend starting the download when you can leave your computer running for a while.

I also create a private webpage for you on my website, making it easy to share your video with family and friends. While I hide the page from search engines for privacy, most families choose not to password-protect it, preferring easy access for loved ones. The choice is yours!

Technology changes over time—when I started, everything was on DVDs! Today’s MP4 format is widely compatible, and I’m confident future generations will know how to convert these files as technology evolves.
