To help me understand your unique story, you’ll fill out a questionnaire with about twenty thoughtful questions about your life experiences. Don’t worry – it’s not a test! These questions simply help us explore the moments and memories you’d like to share. You can complete it securely online through my website, or if you prefer, I have a handwritten version available.

What’s more, family members and friends can also share their input through a shorter form I will provide to you. They often request different stories than the storyteller might think of themselves. We all remember different moments, and sometimes the stories others treasure most are ones we might overlook. It’s like creating a beautiful mosaic of memories from multiple perspectives.

Using all this information, I craft a personalized outline of questions, ensuring we capture the stories that matter most to everyone.

Please return your questionnaire at least seven days before filming. This gives me time to be fully prepared for our filmed conversation.
